Zero Tolerance Policy

Effective Date: September 2023

1. Introduction
This Zero Tolerance Policy is established for Global Policing limited to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive online environment for all users. It outlines our commitment to maintaining high standards of conduct and addressing any violations promptly and decisively. By using Global Policing services, you agree to abide by this policy.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all users of the Global Policing services, including but not limited to visitors, registered members, contributors, and administrators.

3. Zero Tolerance Principles
a. Hate Speech and Discrimination: Global Policing has zero tolerance for hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic under UK law.
b. Bullying and Harassment: Bullying or harassment of any form, including cyberbullying, is strictly prohibited when accessing Global Policing services.
c. Violence and Threats: Any form of violence, threats, or glorification of violence, whether directed at individuals or groups, is unacceptable.
d. Child Exploitation: Any content or activity related to child exploitation, including but not limited to child pornography, is strictly forbidden, and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
e. Illegal Activities: Engaging in or promoting illegal activities, such as hacking, fraud, or drug trafficking, will not be tolerated.
f. Misinformation: Deliberate spreading of false information or disinformation is against our policy.
g. Privacy Violations: Sharing personal information, including but not limited to addresses, phone numbers, or financial information, without consent is prohibited.
h. Invasive Behaviour: Stalking, doxing, or any invasive behaviour that compromises the privacy or security of individuals is not allowed.

4. Reporting Violations
If you encounter or witness any violation of this Zero Tolerance Policy, please report it immediately to the Global Policing via email: info@globalpolicing.co.uk

5. Consequences of Violations
a.Warning: Services may be suspended or terminated .
b. Suspension: Repeated violations or more serious offenses may lead to temporary suspension of your services with Global Policing .
c. Termination: Severe or persistent violations may result in the permanent termination of your services with Global Policing
d. Legal Action: Depending on the nature of the violation, the Website may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and take legal action.

6. Appeal Process
Users who believe they have been wrongly accused of a violation may request an appeal by contacting info@globalpolicing.co.uk. Appeals will be reviewed by the Global Policing Management team

7. Amendments
This Zero Tolerance Policy may be updated or amended from time to time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the policy to stay informed of any changes.
